Description

  • Prospect, educate, and close complex enterprise sales opportunities with health plans, providers, digital health groups, and government entities.
  • Develop and clearly articulate compelling, payer-tailored value propositions across lines of business (e.g., self-funded employers, Medicare Advantage).
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior health plan executives and other key decision-makers.
  • Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with internal subject-matter experts to advance deals, create sales materials, and address sophisticated customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Legal, Finance, and Implementation teams to close deals and ensure long-term account success.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and meetings as a senior sales ambassador.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the payer ecosystem to identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities and share market insights with the team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales or business development with significant exposure to AI healthcare organizations.
  • Strong understanding of the payer market, including self-funded employers and Medicare Advantage lines of business.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding enterprise sales targets.
  • Ability to independently run complex deal cycles and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
  • Experience supporting financial modeling, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations in partnership with internal teams.
  • Comfort operating in evolving markets and adapting sales approaches to new technologies and buyer needs.
  • Highly self-motivated, accountable, results-driven, and able to operate with strong ownership.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
