Description

  • Own the initiative end-to-end as a business, including strategy, roadmap, and execution plan.
  • Define goals, KPIs, and an execution cadence to track priorities and delivery across work streams.
  • Shape the end-to-end member experience from first interaction through guidance and routing.
  • Work with AI/ML and engineering teams to improve decision quality, routing accuracy, response consistency, and safety.
  • Track and improve adoption, resolution, routing quality, and time to appropriate care.
  • Ensure the initiative delivers meaningful value to client ROI and business performance.
  • Align Product, Engineering, Clinical, Growth, Operations, and Commercial teams around shared decisions and trade-offs.
  • Communicate progress and risks clearly to stakeholders and maintain accountability for outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience across product, strategy, operations, or general management, with progression into roles with increasing ownership.
  • Significant experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Proven end-to-end ownership of a product or business area with measurable impact on growth, engagement, or cost outcomes.
  • Strong 0→1 and scaling experience building new products or initiatives from early stages.
  • Entrepreneurial or builder mindset, with founder or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong operating and execution discipline in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven products or systems and the ability to balance model performance, speed, and user experience.
  • Ability to drive outcomes through cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and using data to diagnose and prioritize.
  • Experience building and scaling teams or functions with clear ownership and accountability.
  • Experience delivering complex products or programs across multiple systems, stakeholders, or external partners.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with senior leadership alignment experience.
  • Experience in healthcare ecosystems, including care delivery, navigation, benefits systems, providers, payers, or healthcare data, preferred.
  • AI fluency at Level 1 or higher, with real examples of how AI is part of your work.
