Description

  • Develop the Customer Portal frontend and the Backend-for-Frontend layer used by mobile and portal clients.
  • Work closely with mobile-focused engineers as the team’s frontend go-to person.
  • Partner daily with QA and Design on user-facing features.
  • Support reliable databases and APIs for real-time automated decision-making.
  • Deploy software using tooling such as Kubernetes clusters and Lambda functions.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues by analyzing code, data, and system behavior.
  • Implement timely fixes to minimize user impact from incidents.
  • Maintain a strong focus on security and help protect user data against external threats.
  • Build robust automated test suites to ensure high-quality, low-failure-rate releases.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Senior Engineers, and Architects to turn business requirements into production code.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on fullstack experience across frontend and backend.
  • Experience with React, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Practical knowledge of at least one relational database system such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
  • Ability to discuss and make decisions about software design and architecture.
  • Experience implementing the test pyramid, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrated responsibility, accountability, and ownership in delivering high-quality work.
  • Good security practices and awareness.
  • Readiness to learn and expand your skill set as projects evolve.
  • Ability to guide other experienced engineers as the team’s frontend point of contact.
  • Good command of English and Polish, written and spoken.
  • Availability in the afternoons, with occasional evening meetings for cross-time-zone collaboration.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, AWS, Grafana, or Coralogix is a plus.
  • Some mobile engineering exposure is a plus.
  • Experience using AI-powered coding tools is a plus.
