Description

Improve AWS security configurations, including IAM, GuardDuty, CloudTrail, and Amazon Inspector.
Manage security tools such as EDR, MDM, DLP, and compliance agents.
Partner with IT to maintain endpoint and laptop security baselines.
Review SOC alerts, investigate security incidents, and coordinate remediation.
Manage vulnerabilities and coordinate patching with IT and DevOps teams.
Maintain WAF rules, anti-bot protections, and other application-layer defenses.
Support access reviews, PCI-DSS reviews, and recurring security tasks.
Document security configurations for cloud and SaaS tools.
Contribute to backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity testing.
Provide operational input to the security roadmap and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Security Engineering, SecOps, or Cloud Security.
Hands-on experience configuring and monitoring AWS security services.
Familiarity with EDR, MDM, DLP, and identity management tools, including SSO and MFA.
Experience managing and troubleshooting endpoint security agents.
Knowledge of incident investigation and coordination with SOC providers.
Strong understanding of vulnerability management processes.
Ability to collaborate with IT, DevOps, and compliance teams.
Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code security, such as Terraform (preferred).
Knowledge of container security, including Kubernetes and Helm (preferred).
Experience automating security tasks through scripting or CI/CD integrations, and exposure to SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or ISO 27001 audits (preferred).
