Description

  • Lead end-to-end investigation and response coordination for security or workflow incidents.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders during data breach incidents.
  • Perform root cause analysis of incidents, define preventive measures, and prepare reporting for senior management.
  • Analyze client operational processes to identify potential threats and recommend proactive security improvements.
  • Review the security of vendors, software platforms, and third-party services.
  • Audit new hiring locations for compliance with data protection standards and security tool implementation.
  • Prepare incident management documentation and procedures.
  • Maintain and update the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience investigating and handling information security incidents.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make quick decisions to minimize incident impact.
  • High level of self-organization and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of personal data protection principles and breach notification rules.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Experience with OSINT tools and investigation methods is a plus.
  • Experience in BPO or Customer Support is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of security tools such as SIEM, EDR, DLP, NGFW, VPN, and VDI is a plus.
