Description

  • Deliver customer support for crypto trading inquiries and complaints via live chat and email.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback and provide accurate solutions to requests.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the trading platform and general market conditions.
  • Share customer insights and constructive feedback with management.
  • Help improve team performance and work efficiency.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • Native Russian language skills and excellent English communication skills at C1 level or higher.
  • 6–12 months of live chat support experience, preferably in crypto or financial services.
  • Basic financial knowledge or experience in payment or banking.
  • Knowledge of the crypto industry.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
