Description

Provide technical support to customers via calls, chats, and emails.
Resolve support inquiries ranging from how-to questions to product assistance.
Gather technical information needed to resolve complex cases.
Maintain customer satisfaction throughout every interaction.
Keep working knowledge of client products and services up to date.
Securely handle customers' sensitive information.
Troubleshoot common issues using the knowledge base and update case or transaction statuses as needed.
Provide guidance on subscription-related issues.
Escalate complex, repetitive, or merchant-related issues to the L2 team.
Ensure proper case handling and follow-up to support timely resolution.

Requirements

Excellent English and German communication skills, with at least C1 proficiency in both spoken and written form.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems, tools, and platforms.
Tech-savvy mindset.
Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.
Experience in technical support is a plus.
Must provide a personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM and a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
