Description

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet assigned KPIs
  • Handle sensitive customer data securely and in accordance with policies
  • Apply current customer happiness/support best practices in interactions
  • Communicate and collaborate with developers and cross-functional specialists
  • Keep up with evolving tools and technology used for support

Requirements

  • Excellent Estonian communication skills (minimum C1 for spoken and written)
  • English proficiency at B2 level
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
