Description

Deliver customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails.

Requirements

Excellent English skills at C1 level for both spoken and written communication.
At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
Experience in the travel industry.
A positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
A personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM.
A stable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
Experience in hospitality or logistics is a plus.
