Description

  • Own the design and delivery of AI-powered automation tools that streamline creative production for enterprise teams.
  • Translate customer problems into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with consultants and stakeholders.
  • Integrate AI models such as LLMs, text-to-image, and text-to-voice into production-grade creative tools.
  • Architect and build microservice-based systems that balance speed, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Prototype rapidly and turn successful proofs-of-concept into reliable production applications.
  • Partner with designers and product managers to deliver integrations with tools like Figma and Adobe.
  • Identify repeatable patterns across client engagements and codify them into reusable solutions and platforms.
  • Lead through technical ownership as a senior hands-on individual contributor.
  • Collaborate closely with AI engineers, designers, and consultants to turn emerging AI capabilities into usable tools.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience building enterprise-grade software in fast-paced environments such as startups, scaleups, or consulting.
  • 1+ years of experience leading technical teams, including managing and influencing senior engineers.
  • Strong full-stack engineering background with deep experience in TypeScript; React and/or Python experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, RDS, and Lambda.
  • Proven experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI or Fal.ai into real production systems.
  • Ability to move confidently from experimentation to production while managing trade-offs and constraints.
  • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude or Cursor in a modern development workflow.
  • Experience integrating with creative tools such as Figma APIs or Adobe Suite is a strong advantage.
