Description

  • Develop and execute a global IT/OT strategy aligned with business goals and data center expansion.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across data center infrastructure.
  • Build and scale high-performing global IT/OT teams across multiple regions.
  • Advise executive leadership on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational resilience.
  • Oversee IT systems supporting mission-critical facilities, including DCIM, BMS, and EMS platforms.
  • Ensure high availability, uptime, and performance of data center infrastructure.
  • Standardize systems, architecture, and processes across global sites.
  • Partner with engineering teams on the design, build, and commissioning of new facilities.
  • Lead integration between enterprise IT systems and operational technologies.
  • Establish secure, scalable connectivity between data center assets and enterprise platforms.
  • Implement OT cybersecurity best practices, including segmentation and risk mitigation.
  • Develop and enforce global IT/OT security frameworks and manage compliance, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement in uptime, efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Implement monitoring, analytics, and reporting tools for real-time visibility.
  • Lead vendor selection, partnerships, and contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in IT, OT, or infrastructure leadership roles.
  • Strong experience in data center environments, including hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise settings.
  • Proven leadership in IT/OT convergence within critical infrastructure environments.
  • Deep knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM).
  • Deep knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Deep knowledge of network and systems architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of industrial control systems.
  • Experience scaling global teams and operations.
  • Background in high-density compute, AI/ML infrastructure, or liquid cooling environments is preferred.
  • Experience with hyperscalers or data center operators is preferred.
  • Familiarity with edge computing, digital twins, and smart infrastructure is preferred.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or relevant cloud certifications are preferred.
