Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery for complex regulatory reporting programmes.
  • Manage senior client stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
  • Anticipate and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, to ensure consistent delivery quality.
  • Oversee multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Drive improvements to delivery methodology and contribute to shaping product direction.
  • Provide structured coaching and leadership to members of the delivery team.
  • Mentor junior delivery managers and support their progression.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience delivering large-scale or multi-client implementations within regulatory reporting or RegTech, including SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, data architecture, and banking products.
  • Proven ability to translate complex regulatory obligations into structured delivery plans.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring delivery professionals and supporting their progression.
  • Strong organisational discipline and resilience under pressure, with a detail-focused approach.
  • Experience across multiple regulatory frameworks is desirable.
  • Background supporting RFI/RFP processes or pre-sales activity is desirable.
  • Experience contributing to solution design or product evolution is desirable.
  • Proficiency in an additional European language is desirable.
  • Unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
