Description

  • Manage delivery across multiple implementation workstreams, ensuring alignment to scope and timelines.
  • Engage directly with client stakeholders and provide clear, structured status updates.
  • Independently manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across delivery workstreams.
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including engineering, to maintain momentum and deliver quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to refining delivery methodology and improving internal processes.
  • Provide informal guidance to junior delivery team members.
  • Support complex, multi-client regulatory projects from delivery through execution.
  • Participate in pre-sales or RFP discussions when required.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical delivery, project coordination, or consulting within regulatory reporting or RegTech, including SaaS solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with clients in a delivery capacity.
  • Strong understanding of data models and their role in reporting and system behaviour.
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable delivery activities.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain delivery progress.
  • Experience across multiple regulatory regimes is desirable.
  • Proficiency in an additional European language is desirable.
  • Comfort participating in pre-sales or RFP discussions is desirable.
  • Remote employees must be able to travel to the London office on a quarterly basis.
