Description

  • Own and scale the advisor-facing sales collateral program, including service tiers, deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Track program utilization, delivery, and revenue, and report performance to Marketing leadership.
  • Scope engagements directly with advisors and Partner leaders, setting clear expectations for deliverables and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary design contact for Partner Presidents, sales representatives, and financial advisors.
  • Present creative work to senior stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and advocate for effective design decisions.
  • Design sales collateral such as flyers, brochures, presentations, proposals, welcome kits, and digital materials.
  • Produce social media assets, email graphics, website visuals, and digital advertisements.
  • Create event, conference, and recruiting materials, including booth graphics, signage, merchandise, and print pieces.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner leadership to maintain a consistent brand experience.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of graphic design experience across multiple distinct brands or business units.
  • Experience scoping work, presenting creative, and independently managing client or senior-stakeholder relationships.
  • Portfolio demonstrating sales collateral, digital, social, and email design for external clients or senior leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, plus Figma.
  • Advanced PowerPoint presentation design skills, including creating templates for non-designers.
  • Experience maintaining brand standards, style guides, or design systems.
  • Strong print and digital production knowledge, including file preparation and specifications.
  • Ability to manage work end to end, prioritize independently, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; creative-services scaling, motion graphics, Canva, HubSpot, Squarespace, photography, and multi-brand experience are preferred.
  • Occasional travel to partner sites across the United States may be required.
