Description

  • Draft and distribute newsletters and company announcements using updates from departments across the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Product, Operations, and other stakeholders to gather information and develop company-wide communications.
  • Build, format, and organize content pages in Simpplr to maintain an accessible central information hub.
  • Format and publish structured Slack announcements using established channel and visual guidelines.
  • Support the communications intake process by collecting request details and preparing reader-friendly drafts.
  • Maintain the internal communications content calendar and coordinate publishing timelines.
  • Track newsletter, Simpplr, and Slack engagement metrics and report on content performance.
  • Draft time-sensitive updates, organize internal resources, and support ad hoc communications projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Writing, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications, or a writing-focused role.
  • Exceptional writing, copyediting, formatting, tone, and clarity skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and departments.
  • Ability to pull and interpret engagement metrics such as click-through rates, read times, open rates, and page views.
  • Proven Slack experience, including formatting and publishing structured communications.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
  • Experience with Asana or the ability to learn it quickly.
  • Familiarity with Canva and intranet or knowledge-management platforms; Simpplr experience is preferred.
  • Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to take ownership in a fast-changing environment.

  • Annual salary of $75,000–$85,000 USD.
