Description

  • Identify and document high-leverage workflow transformations across procurement teams by understanding day-to-day processes and outputs.
  • Build and maintain a structured backlog of workflow improvement opportunities using data and stakeholder input.
  • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools, automations, intelligent workflows, autonomous agents, data products, and integrations that reduce manual work.
  • Partner with Procurement Enablement and cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases, document requirements, and translate workflows into scalable technical solutions.
  • Coach procurement teams through AI adoption from initial awareness to self-sufficiency and full workflow transformation.
  • Develop operating models, SOPs, and process documentation that make improved ways of working repeatable and scalable.
  • Teach procurement subject matter experts to design, build, and oversee their own automated workflows over time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a role requiring critical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, with direct experience in procurement, supply chain, finance operations, consulting, or a related operational function.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work processes.
  • Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms such as Claude, Claude Code, Codex, custom agent frameworks, API integrations, and workflow automation tools.
  • Track record of coaching, teaching, or enabling others, with evidence that people you helped changed how they work.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and process mapping, or structured consulting frameworks.
  • Experience with change management, organizational transformation, or large-scale enablement programs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with procurement technology stacks such as Zip, Ramp, and Oracle is preferred.
  • Experience building and scaling internal tools, templates, or playbooks adopted beyond your immediate team is preferred.
  • Background in consulting, solutions engineering, technical account management, or other client-facing technical roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the payments industry and fintech landscape is preferred.
