Description

  • Identify and document high-leverage workflow improvements within marketers’ day-to-day processes.
  • Build custom tools, agents, automations, and AI-enabled skills tailored to individual marketing responsibilities.
  • Coach marketers through adoption stages from first use to self-sufficient, AI-first workflows.
  • Teach marketers to build and iterate on their own tools over time.
  • Recognize patterns across the cohort and scale successful solutions across peers.
  • Document tools, playbooks, and transformation patterns for reuse across the FDA team.
  • Share wins and progress with the cohort and leadership to build momentum and celebrate success.
  • Track individual and cohort progress against a defined maturity model.
  • Prepare marketers to design, build, and oversee autonomous multi-agent workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a role requiring analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that changed real work processes.
  • Track record of coaching, teaching, or enabling others to change how they work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort working across multiple workstreams and relationships simultaneously, supporting approximately 20 marketers at different stages.
  • Experience in marketing, marketing operations, growth, or a closely adjacent function (preferred).
  • Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms such as Claude, Claude Code, Codex, custom agent frameworks, API integrations, and workflow automation tools (preferred).
  • Experience with change management, organizational transformation, or large-scale enablement programs (preferred).
  • Familiarity with marketing technology stacks such as Marketo, Salesforce, analytics platforms, and content management tools (preferred).
  • Experience building and scaling internal tools, templates, or playbooks adopted beyond your immediate team (preferred).
  • Background in consulting, solutions engineering, technical account management, or other client-facing technical roles (preferred).
