Description

Perform data analysis, identify trends, conduct research, and build visualizations to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.
Partner with Finance & Strategy, Accounting, Product, Tax, User Billing, Seller System, and Sales Ops teams on financial goals and revenue growth.
Act as a data strategy partner for business stakeholders.
Reconcile complex datasets across multiple finance systems.
Coordinate cross-functional projects to identify and drive operational efficiencies.
Work with Engineering and Product teams to help define product solutions.
Leverage AI tools to improve team efficiency.
Conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen the team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field such as Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or Engineering.
4+ years of prior experience in data analysis fields.
At least 3 years of advanced SQL experience.
Strong analytical ability and a solid understanding of data relationships.
Experience working with extremely large datasets.
Outstanding communication skills.
Experience working cross-functionally to drive business and operational goals.
Excellent project management skills.
Domain knowledge in Finance, Accounting, or GTM.
Experience working in fast-paced environments such as high-growth fintech/tech companies or management consulting (preferred).
Experience working with PMs, Engineers, GTM, Accounting, or Finance teams (preferred).
Experience working with financial datasets (preferred).
Experience with visualization tools (preferred).
Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code or Kai (preferred).
Domain knowledge in FinTech products (preferred).
Qualification in Accounting or Finance, or CPA/CFA certification (preferred).
