Description

  • Design and develop engaging technical training content using eLearning tools, Articulate 360, and video production software.
  • Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for audiences with different technical backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into clear learning materials.
  • Develop and maintain training plans, curricula, and role-based learning pathways.
  • Align training programs with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives across multiple departments.
  • Track training completion, effectiveness, compliance metrics, and other reporting data.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation in the learning management system.
  • Provide leadership with regular updates on training progress, gaps, and priorities.
  • Partner with HR and operational teams to assess training needs and support compliance initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in data center operations, maintenance, or training program development.
  • Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, security, and HVAC systems.
  • Proven experience developing training programs and maintenance procedures in a technical or industrial environment.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and experience presenting technical content to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as NFPA, OSHA, and ANSI.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials and documentation using digital tools.
  • MBA or related master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional training certification, PMP, or instructor certifications such as NFPA70E, OSHA, or CPR/First Aid/AED preferred.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training platforms preferred.
  • Ability to adapt training programs across a variety of departments as organizational needs evolve.
