Description

  • Monitor and analyze suspicious customer activity and potentially fraudulent behavior.
  • Review payment transactions and identify payment-related risks and anomalies.
  • Investigate fraud cases, Terms & Conditions violations, and unusual user activity patterns.
  • Verify customer documents and perform KYC checks according to internal procedures.
  • Analyze large winnings, withdrawals, and payment activity to identify risky behavior.
  • Collaborate with Payments, Support, Retention, and other internal teams to improve fraud prevention.
  • Escalate high-risk cases and recommend further actions.
  • Maintain accurate reports and documentation for risk management and payment operations.
  • Support continuous improvement of internal payment and risk control processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ months of experience in Risk, Payments, Fraud Prevention, KYC, Compliance, Customer Support, or a related field.
  • Experience with document verification and payment processing.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with SoftSwiss products is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify suspicious patterns.
  • Analytical mindset and confidence in making decisions based on available information.
  • High level of responsibility, accuracy, and perseverance.
  • Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of data and cases.
  • English level Pre-Intermediate (A2+) or higher.
