Description

  • Review and monitor Purchase Order (PO) status for all orders assigned to your accounts.
  • Ensure orders stay on schedule and promptly report any delays or changes to the Business Manager.
  • Track and understand the Bill of Materials (BOM) setup for all assigned items.
  • Monitor inbound raw materials for timely delivery and communicate issues or delays to stakeholders.
  • Track Sales Orders and identify how raw materials and stock levels are affected.
  • Report inventory or material concerns to the Business Manager.
  • Coordinate with the Compliance Department to ensure labels, diagrams, and specifications meet approval timelines.
  • Track progress with the Design Team to ensure artwork aligns with customer requirements and is delivered on schedule.
  • Order and track concept and production samples based on end-customer needs and provide status updates to the Business Manager.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience with inventory systems, BOMs, or order tracking.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Compliance, Purchasing, Design, Production).
  • Available to work US time zones (graveyard shift in the Philippines).
  • Available to start within 2 weeks of job offer.
  • Full-time availability for a 40-hour work week.
  • Comfortable using time-trackers (e.g., Time Doctor).
  • Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam.
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps) and available backup equipment for power/internet outages.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.
