Description

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership by reviewing code, guiding development strategies, and helping teams solve complex technical challenges.
  • Act as a technical advisor or Software Technical Lead on different client projects as needed.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools responsibly to improve engineering productivity while maintaining code quality and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team during prospect calls by providing technical expertise and helping develop solution proposals.
  • Evaluate technical trade-offs and recommend architectures and technologies that fit each project's needs.
  • Mentor developers and Tech Leads, share knowledge, and promote engineering best practices across teams.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and proactively introduce improvements to the engineering organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong full-stack development experience building production-grade applications across frontend and backend technologies.
  • Proven experience using Generative AI to improve software delivery while maintaining engineering quality.
  • Experience designing scalable software architectures and making technical decisions across complex projects.
  • Experience performing code reviews and mentoring other software engineers.
  • Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in technical discussions.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Professional English communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
