Description

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, including content, paid advertising, and digital campaigns.
  • Oversee paid advertising across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other platforms, analyzing performance and optimizing ROAS.
  • Manage and guide the sales team with daily and weekly follow-up processes.
  • Build, activate, and monitor the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and smooth lead flow.
  • Define sales targets and KPIs and track performance against them consistently.
  • Analyze the customer journey and identify gaps in marketing and sales processes.
  • Improve lead quality and reduce advertising waste.
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior management with recommendations and required decisions.
  • Establish strong marketing and sales foundations during the initial project phases.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate marketing and sales.
  • Proven experience managing marketing and sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems.
  • Direct experience in paid advertising and data analysis.
  • Hands-on, operational mindset with the ability to intervene quickly and improve performance.
  • Deep understanding of the residential and investment real estate market.
