Description

  • Draft and edit articles, white papers, and other thought leadership content.
  • Support the development, production, refresh, and accuracy of data-driven content and studies.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for day-to-day Thought Leadership team operations.
  • Coordinate data collection with internal teams and help identify new data points to capture.
  • Develop educational content, including M&A curriculum for law school and junior associate audiences.
  • Partner with Marketing to maintain content quality and brand standards, including reviewing advertising copy and related materials.
  • Manage content projects end to end, including timelines, stakeholders, tickets, and workflows.
  • Coordinate webinar, presentation, and client-facing event logistics, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures for thought leadership workflows.
  • Support training content, CLE accreditation processes, AI adoption projects, and the M&A internship program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Juris Doctor or an advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in legal practice, financial services, corporate environments, content development, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and editing professional content across multiple formats.
  • Experience coordinating or managing projects across multiple teams or workstreams with strong attention to deadlines and deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with AI and project management tools such as Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or Asana preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a deadline-driven work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong professional interpersonal skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
