Description

  • Schedule and perform on-site service work, including installations and preventive maintenance.
  • Perform emergency service and repair visits within the territory.
  • Provide remote telephone support to customers and internal teams.
  • Travel on short notice to support other Field Service Engineers when needed.
  • Complete all required service documentation accurately and on time.
  • Communicate product quality issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Territory Sales personnel and Field Applications Specialists.
  • Manage assigned accounts and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and communicate sales leads, upgrade opportunities, and consumables opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage your own workload to prioritize emergency and preventive maintenance calls through completion.

Requirements

  • Based in or around Phoenix, Arizona, or otherwise able to cover the Southwest region.
  • Approximately 50% overnight travel is expected, with occasional extended coverage in other U.S. territories.
  • International travel is required for training.
  • Previous experience with electro-mechanical and automated systems, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
  • Experience with liquid handling products is advantageous.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and a proactive approach to workload.
  • Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
  • Education equivalent to at least an associate’s degree, or previous experience in an engineering discipline.
  • Ability to travel on short notice and a valid passport.
