Description

  • Serve as the primary project manager for global clinical training and programming outside the U.S.
  • Develop and implement a sustainable global clinical training and programming strategy.
  • Coordinate event and training logistics, including virtual platforms, clinical providers, materials, reporting, and evaluation.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for global webinars and WellSprings across time zones, cultures, and languages.
  • Partner with large global customers to plan customized training and programming.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including global team members and U.S. program managers, to align strategy and execution.
  • Measure training and program effectiveness and maintain quality member and customer experience.
  • Take a leadership role in planning global programming for major events such as World Mental Health Day.
  • Support delivery and/or production of events when needed.

Requirements

  • Clinical license or equivalent in your country.
  • 3-5 years of experience in facilitation and event planning.
  • Strong knowledge of global clinical training and programming challenges and solutions.
  • Experience in program management and data evaluation.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems with limited information and adapt existing approaches.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior internal and external partners and advise on difficult matters.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, and additional event platforms as needed.
  • Solid understanding of instructional design and content development, including adult learning principles.
  • Knowledge of training evaluation techniques.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and internal team members.

  • Travel required up to 30% of the time for in-person trainings.
  • Target base salary range of 123,200–141,680 CHF.
  • Annual compensation review using the Radford Global Compensation Database.
