Description

  • Lead a prioritized portfolio of initiatives that improve gross margin and delivery margin.
  • Drive top-of-license and care model optimization workstreams across Clinical Operations.
  • Identify and execute operational improvements that increase leader span of control and reduce friction while maintaining quality and member experience.
  • Partner with Finance and Business Intelligence to validate savings, impact, and ongoing performance tracking.
  • Create and run the operating cadence for strategic priorities, including weekly forums, KPI reviews, decision logs, dependency tracking, and escalation paths.
  • Implement incident management and problem management processes to reduce repeat issues and shorten time to resolution.
  • Develop program health dashboards and leading indicators so leaders can manage proactively.
  • Translate ambiguous goals into problem statements, hypotheses, success metrics, and execution plans.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Product and Clinical Operations on requirements, milestones, change management, rollout plans, and feedback loops.
  • Build executive-ready narratives that communicate progress, risks, decisions needed, and expected impact.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in management consulting, BizOps, and/or Strategy & Operations within high-growth tech or startups, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of shipping cross-functional programs into real operations.
  • Strong operator mindset with ability to design plans and implement process, tooling, adoption, measurement, and accountability.
  • Demonstrated ownership of outcome metrics such as margin, cost, productivity, throughput, and reliability.
  • Experience partnering with Finance and Analytics to validate impact.
  • Excellent program leadership with strong prioritization, meeting facilitation, and decision closure skills.
  • Systems thinking and experience building scalable cadences, dashboards, incident/problem management, and ownership models.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-ready updates and decision framing.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, high-standard, fast-moving environments.
  • Preferred experience in clinical operations, care delivery, workforce operations, support operations, or other complex, high-volume service environments.
  • Preferred experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering on operational tooling and workflow automation.
  • Preferred experience with change management and rollout design, including communications, training, feedback loops, and measurement.

Benefits

  • Target base salary of $121,000 - $140,000, plus a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits.
