Description

  • Partner with the Customer Value team to build, maintain, and improve reporting infrastructure for provider experience metrics and related KPIs.
  • Develop metric trees that define north star metrics and their component drivers for Customer Value teams.
  • Build dashboards and data visualizations that help non-technical stakeholders understand trends and investigate metric movements.
  • Measure the financial impact of precision care routing and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with data science to analyze major trends and explain the drivers behind changes in performance.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support so downstream teams can use dashboards and data products effectively.
  • Ensure accurate, consistent reporting by aligning metrics and definitions across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work with analytics engineering to maintain core dbt data models that support these metrics and data consistency.
  • Contribute to the foundational data model by adding fields and tables in accordance with the data style guide.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools.
  • Experience with product and/or finance analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience using dbt or similar data transformation tools.
  • Experience with Looker or similar visualization tools such as Hex, Tableau, or Omni.
  • Experience creating data models and building dashboards.
  • Strong user empathy and the ability to translate stakeholder problems into practical solutions.
  • Comfort explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences and working independently with executive-level partners.
  • Ability to manage priorities and dependencies proactively in cross-functional environments.
  • Passion for Spring Health’s mission to improve mental healthcare and comfort working in ambiguous problem areas.

  • Target base salary of $125,000 to $142,000.
