Description

  • Serve as the product expert and mental health advocate for a book of health plan customers.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with multiple health plan customers.
  • Demonstrate Spring Health’s value proposition and connect it to each customer’s success metrics.
  • Own the full customer lifecycle from implementations through engagement strategies and contract renewals.
  • Create and present business reviews to senior health plan executives with data-backed recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share customer feedback and identify process improvements.
  • Support sales efforts as needed.
  • Generate new opportunities through discovery with health plan partners.
  • Achieve annual revenue targets by leveraging internal subject matter experts and Customer Success teammates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, implementation, or healthcare management.
  • Prior experience managing relationships with or selling to health plan customers is strongly preferred.
  • Experience upselling and retaining customers to drive additional revenue.
  • Experience using SaaS-based solutions and platforms.
  • Experience owning the contract renewal lifecycle.
  • Experience using data visualization and reconciliation techniques to present findings and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed, approximately 15%.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Deep passion for transforming the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health.

  • Target base salary of $106,400 - $131,000.
