Description

  • Own strategic analytics, forecasting, and performance measurement for the Health Plan Operations team.
  • Translate complex analytics into actionable insights that improve workflows, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to operations leadership on priorities such as reducing bad debt, improving clean collections, lowering aged accounts receivable, and increasing team efficiency.
  • Partner with business intelligence and operations teams to build and maintain automated dashboards, KPI definitions, metric trees, and recurring performance packages.
  • Analyze operational trends, drivers, root causes, and leading indicators, and turn findings into clear leadership-ready narratives.
  • Support ad hoc analytical requests and special projects by framing questions, gathering data, and delivering concise decision-ready outputs.
  • Leverage AI functionality where possible to reduce time-to-insight and increase the actionability of analysis.
  • Inform strategic decisions and day-to-day revenue cycle management operations through data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar analytical field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations strategy, analytics, revenue cycle management, or a related role such as management consulting, tech, or finance.
  • Experience in healthcare, particularly mental healthcare, is a plus.
  • Proven experience developing and managing analytical models.
  • Strong command of data and visualization tools such as Looker, SQL, and Hex.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership to solve complex business challenges using data and structured analysis.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize complex analysis into actionable insights.
  • Ability to influence leadership decisions through clear, concise analytical recommendations.
  • A builder’s mindset and comfort establishing frameworks, processes, and standards in a scaling environment.
  • Ability to work fully remote, with preferred onsite presence in the NYC office once a week.

  • Target base salary range of $97,000 to $113,500.
