Description

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Iterable and maintain configuration, data integrity, and system health.
  • Establish global standards for naming conventions, folder taxonomy, and user permissions.
  • Translate business requirements from Member Growth and Provider Comms into durable technical designs.
  • Lead advanced builds using APIs, webhooks, and catalogs in partnership with Engineering and Data teams.
  • Build reusable templates, snippets, and standardized workflows that enable self-service campaign execution.
  • Own the strategic relationship with Iterable and other MarTech vendors.
  • Manage the MarTech budget, usage, and API limits.
  • Lead the roadmap for platform optimizations and new tool integrations.
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and QA workflows for shared services.
  • Partner with external agencies to ensure technical execution follows governance and quality standards.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing technology, or CRM operations within B2B2C, SaaS, PLG, or subscription businesses.
  • Deep hands-on experience with lifecycle automation platforms, with Iterable strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing data architecture, integrations, event models, and data hygiene.
  • Proven ability to lead complex MarTech solutioning in partnership with Engineering and Data.
  • Highly systems-oriented thinker with strong operational discipline and comfort working in ambiguity.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for building infrastructure that enables thoughtful, human-centered experiences at scale.
  • Occasional travel may be required for company or team events or meetings.

  • Target base salary range of $153,500 to $177,000.
