Description

  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers supporting SMB and Mid-Market customers.
  • Drive operational excellence across onboarding, engagement, and renewal processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Clinical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze account performance to identify risks, opportunities, and actions to improve outcomes.
  • Build executive relationships with key clients and align on business goals and care impact.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the product and service offering to serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Coach Customer Success Managers on escalations and growth opportunities within their accounts.
  • Proactively manage customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of driving client outcomes and managing enterprise accounts.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or mental health industries is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional travel for team or company events may be required.
  • Experience supporting SMB and Mid-Market customers is preferred.

  • Target base salary of $106,400-$131,000.
  • Competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits.
