Description

  • Support members through incoming phone, chat, and email interactions during assigned shifts.
  • Manage care coordination tasks such as platform sign-up, troubleshooting, intake collection, scheduling, and appointment cancellations.
  • Conduct clinical needs assessments and refer members to appropriate care levels and modalities.
  • Respond to member crises, including suicide risk, with triage, safety planning, immediate support, and follow-up.
  • Provide consultation, psycho-education, empathy, and motivational support for mental health, substance use, and family or relationship concerns.
  • Deliver CIR intake and/or coaching services for global members and customers.
  • Identify, research, document, and help resolve barriers to care, technical issues, and other member or provider problems.
  • Research and document crisis resources for members in different countries.
  • Summarize member interactions accurately in Spring Health’s documentation systems in English.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, participate in meetings and case consultations, and support special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
  • Licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, psychotherapist, or psychologist.
  • Appropriate credentials in your US state or country of residence.
  • Fully bilingual in written and spoken English and Italian.
  • Additional language fluency such as Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure.
  • Comfortable using multiple computer platforms simultaneously and learning new systems.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with members worldwide.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience handling care coordination, crisis support, or global mental health workflows is implied by the role.
  • KPI-driven focus on connection to care, productivity, and member satisfaction.
