Description

  • Support members via phone, chat, and email in the languages in which you are fluent during assigned shifts.
  • Manage care coordination tasks including platform sign-up, technical troubleshooting, intake gathering, appointment scheduling and cancellation, and service education.
  • Conduct clinical needs assessments and refer members to the appropriate level and modality of care.
  • Respond to member crises, including suicide risk, with in-the-moment support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up.
  • Provide consultation, psychoeducation, empathy, and motivational support for mental health, substance use, and family or relationship concerns.
  • Engage in CIR intake and coaching services for global members and customers.
  • Identify, research, document, and help resolve barriers to care, technical issues, and crisis resources across different countries.
  • Summarize patient interactions and maintain documentation in Spring Health’s online systems in English.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to identify, report, and resolve workflow or experience issues.
  • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, trainings, and special projects while following confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
  • Active licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, psychotherapist, or psychologist.
  • Counselor, psychotherapist, or social worker with a master’s degree and appropriate credentials in your US state or country of residence.
  • 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure.
  • Fully bilingual in written and spoken English and Dutch.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and French communication skills.
  • Additional fluency in languages such as Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
  • Comfort using multiple computer platforms simultaneously and learning new systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Comfortable working Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST.
