Description

  • Provide mental health counseling sessions, including clinical risk assessments.
  • Respond to critical incidents and clinical crises as needed.
  • Complete required internal training, assignments, and clinical team meetings.
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
  • Use data-driven decision making and measurement-based care in treatment delivery.
  • Review monthly projections, client metrics, and clinical outcomes to monitor care quality.
  • Collaborate with other providers and master’s-level clinical care navigators as needed.
  • Maintain an average caseload of 30 sessions per week.

Requirements

  • Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in NC, GA, FL, SC, AL, IN, TN, and/or OK.
  • Professional license such as Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC.
  • Ability to work a full 40-hour work week.
  • Telehealth competency and comfort using technology.
  • Ability and willingness to maintain an average caseload of 30 sessions per week.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, or CPT.
  • Comfort providing safety planning and intervention for higher-risk clients.
  • Commitment to high-quality clinical care and using client progress information to improve effectiveness.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
  • 3+ years of post-licensed experience preferred.
  • Willingness to become cross-licensed in other states, with sponsorship provided by Spring Health.
  • Openness to treating children, adolescents, couples, or families in addition to adults preferred.
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends preferred.
