Description

  • Lead a strategic analytics center of excellence for Operations, including frameworks, tools, and governance.
  • Advise Operations leaders by diagnosing challenges, defining success metrics, and informing strategic decisions with data.
  • Own workforce management strategy through scalable capacity planning, forecasting, and staffing models.
  • Define and standardize KPI definitions, dashboard structures, and reporting methodologies across Operations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, BI, and Product to align on data infrastructure, definitions, and reporting consistency.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of analysts and planners.
  • Use analytics and AI-powered solutions to improve performance, efficiency, resource allocation, and scalability.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders as a trusted thought partner on critical business priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in operations strategy, analytics, or a related role, preferably within healthcare.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in management consulting or a similar related role is acceptable.
  • Expertise in workforce management or capacity planning is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior executives to solve complex business challenges using data and structured analysis.
  • Strong command of data and visualization tools such as Looker, SQL, and Hex.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence leadership decisions.
  • A builder’s mindset and comfort establishing frameworks, processes, and standards in a scaling environment.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to develop, motivate, and empower analytical talent.
  • Ability to work full time in a fully remote role, with preference for being onsite in the NYC office once a week.

  • Target base salary of $164,900 - $214,450.
