Description

  • Manage projects, execute tasks, and plan effectively across inventory operations initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align processes and translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Own and evolve critical inventory tools and develop new tools for new business pursuits or improved operations.
  • Design and develop advanced analytics models and tooling infrastructure to optimize inventory levels and procurement.
  • Oversee and enhance tools including ROB, NPR, Inventory Control Tower, and Inbound/Freight Optimization.
  • Monitor inventory levels and performance using advanced data analytics and reporting.
  • Develop predictive analytics models that support inventory metrics 1+ years in advance, including COH, receipts, OOS, inventory turn, lost sales, and allocation percentage.
  • Provide data-driven ad hoc decision support for inventory management and explain business drivers versus count metrics.
  • Ensure prompt responses to business insight and tooling requests within the required SLA window.
  • Drive operational excellence through reporting, SOPs, training, continuous improvement, and team mentorship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business analytics.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience building SQL queries.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Power BI, Tableau, and DAX are nice-to-have skills.
  • Experience in inventory analytics, procurement analytics, or operations analytics is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely and reside in a state eligible for the Work Your Way program.
  • College degrees are not required, and non-linear career paths are welcome.
  • Experience applying predictive analytics or advanced reporting in a business environment is preferred.
