Description

  • Handle ticket intake, troubleshooting, and documentation with accuracy and clear communication.
  • Support end users with a detail-oriented, empathetic, and solution-focused approach.
  • Listen to user concerns and apply technical and business context to guide problem-solving.
  • Triage and resolve issues using a structured, methodical support process.
  • Provide device support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Assist with user and group administration in productivity software environments.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates while also operating independently when priorities shift.
  • Step in to support team members as needed to maintain service coverage.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in help desk or technical support operations.
  • Ability to work SE Asia hours.
  • Basic understanding of user and group administration principles.
  • Experience with productivity software environments such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Fundamental awareness of networking and security impacts.
  • Ability to triage and troubleshoot issues in a structured, methodical way.
  • Professional and empathetic communication skills when supporting employees and team members.
  • Must have a remote work-from-home setup with an Intel i3 or equivalent 4th generation or higher processor, at least 4GB RAM, and Windows 10+ or macOS.
  • Must provide your own dual monitors, PC headset, HD webcam, and a stable wired internet connection with 10 Mbps or higher.
