Description

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Account Management Team to help meet individual and collective performance targets.
  • Coordinate delivery dates and manage daily operational activities for customer accounts.
  • Handle customer complaints, return requests, and reshipment requests.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and master data.
  • Manage order entry and order processing activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer service escalations from key platform and brand partners.
  • Coordinate effectively between internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Identify process gaps within the team and help implement improvements to service quality.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to drive results and align performance expectations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English, written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and hold team members accountable for performance.
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities and independently drive initiatives.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and influence others effectively.
  • Experience engaging with partners and internal stakeholders in a customer success or account management context.
  • Comfort using data to inform decision-making.
  • Remote contractor arrangement, based in Manila.
  • AI-assisted hiring process may be used, with final decisions made by humans.
