Description

  • Schedule, train, and lead onboarding meetings with new clients to understand their logistics needs and goals.
  • Conduct regular client meetings on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis to review performance and address concerns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client issues and troubleshoot problems quickly and accurately.
  • Monitor client KPIs such as delivery times, order accuracy, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure client contracts and service level agreements are current and aligned with service expectations.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal operations to support clear communication and problem solving.
  • Help maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention across logistics accounts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or logistics customer-facing operations.
  • Experience in 3PL, e-commerce, fulfillment, or retail is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Exposure to global customers and an understanding of international markets is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a remote, Europe-based role.
  • Non-linear career paths are welcomed, and a college degree is not strictly required.
