Description

  • Maintain and improve SaaS infrastructure for reliability, security, and scalability.
  • Build and support cloud infrastructure on GCP and AWS using Terraform and infrastructure-from-code patterns.
  • Operate runtime environments and workflows powered by large language models.
  • Debug and support fullstack systems and web infrastructure across TypeScript, React, and Python environments.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to meet reliability and availability goals.
  • Use AI assistants to help with root cause analysis and incident resolution.
  • Collaborate on planning and delivery of technical projects that evolve the infrastructure platform.
  • Help define infrastructure needs for generative AI features and agentic production systems.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure on GCP or AWS.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
  • Interest in LLMs, RAG, or agents in an operational context.
  • Understanding of distributed systems principles and operating systems reliably at scale.
  • Experience with at least one modern programming language such as TypeScript, Java, Go, or Python.
  • Comfort working in codebases where AI-generated pull requests are common.
  • Strong focus on code quality, reliability, and automation.
  • Eagerness to grow in a rapidly changing operations environment.
  • Familiarity with open-source projects or building coding assistant bots is a plus.
