Description

  • Conduct regular qualitative research with customers, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Design and run structured research plans to explore user needs across acquisition, onboarding, betting, payments, and retention.
  • Synthesize qualitative findings into clear themes, insights, and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Partner closely with the Product Manager to inform product discovery, roadmap priorities, and trade-offs.
  • Validate product hypotheses and concepts through customer feedback and early testing.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Mexican user behaviour, sports culture, language, and local context.
  • Collaborate with data, design, and customer support teams to triangulate qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Share insights through clear readouts, reports, and presentations that influence decision-making.
  • Ensure all research activities comply with local regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Based in Mexico.
  • Fluent in Spanish with strong English communication skills.
  • Proven experience in qualitative research, user research, or similar roles.
  • Experience conducting customer interviews, surveys, and usability testing for digital products.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex feedback into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working closely with Product Managers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in sportsbook, gaming, fintech, or consumer digital products (preferred).
  • Passion for understanding users and improving product experiences; interest in sports and betting products (preferred).
