Description

  • Own the content management roadmap for how customers create, organize, govern, and maintain their knowledge base.
  • Define and shape AI-powered governance workflows, including conflict detection, update suggestions, and human-in-the-loop approvals.
  • Drive product strategy for content creation, management, governance, and AI-powered workflows across the platform.
  • Work across enterprise integrations with tools such as Google Drive, SharePoint, Confluence, and Salesforce.
  • Use product analytics, customer conversations, competitive research, and qualitative feedback to prioritize the roadmap.
  • Align product vision, roadmap decisions, and tradeoffs with the CEO, GTM teams, and other product squads.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to turn ambiguous problems into scalable, elegant solutions.
  • Own success metrics and business impact tied to engagement, retention, and expansion.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering teammates across time zones through async communication and clear documentation.
  • Contribute to improving the first-time user experience and making onboarding intuitive and sticky.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in a senior role, with ownership of complex B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience shipping both 0→1 features and iterative improvements in fast-moving or growth-stage environments.
  • Strong product instincts and user empathy, with understanding of information architecture, workflow design, and reducing cognitive load.
  • Comfort working on AI-powered features such as generative AI, RAG, ML-powered automation, prompts, evals, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Experience with content management systems, knowledge bases, documentation platforms, or enablement products is a plus.
  • Comfort using product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
  • Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to make roadmap decisions and measure success.
  • Ability to collaborate on technical tradeoffs, architecture, integrations, and platform decisions; familiarity with APIs, MCP Servers, browser extensions, and search infrastructure is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for aligning executives, GTM, engineering, and design.
  • Ownership mindset, bias for action, and ability to operate with startup speed and resilience.
  • Occasional travel, mostly to Denver, CO, is required.
