Description

  • Ship production code for Speechify’s web products.
  • Work closely with a dedicated product team.
  • Participate in product discussions to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Contribute to new features that will reach a large user base.

Requirements

  • Experience building and shipping products that have scaled to thousands or millions of users.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to building high-quality products that meet user needs.
  • Ability to work quickly, prioritize what can ship now, and determine what requires more time.
  • Comfort working in a busy, remote, high-growth startup environment.
  • Ability to know when to engage and when to work independently and heads down.
  • Strong collaboration skills with opinionated designers, marketers, and PMs.
  • Experience with Vanilla JS, ReactJS, Redux, Firebase, and TypeScript.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work with a flat organization that values strong execution.
