Description

  • Actively ship production code for Speechify’s web products.
  • Work closely with a dedicated product team on ongoing product development.
  • Participate in product discussions to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Contribute to new features that will impact millions of users.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product managers in a cross-functional environment.

Requirements

  • Experience building and shipping products that have scaled to thousands or millions of users.
  • Strong customer focus and interest in building high-quality products that meet user needs.
  • Ability to work quickly, prioritize effectively, and decide what can ship now versus later.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth remote startup environment.
  • Ability to stay focused while knowing when to engage collaboratively and when to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with opinionated cross-functional partners.
  • Experience with Vanilla JS, ReactJS, Redux, Firebase, and TypeScript.
  • Portfolio and LinkedIn links required when applying.
  • Experience leading or contributing to high-impact product decisions is preferred.
