Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend APIs, including public TTS APIs and internal services for payments, subscriptions, authentication, and consumption tracking.
  • Ensure backend APIs meet business needs and scalability requirements.
  • Oversee and optimize the full backend API landscape for performance and maintainability.
  • Collaborate on B2B solutions, including customization and integration for enterprise clients.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience.
  • Contribute to backend services that support payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text-to-speech, and external APIs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in backend development with TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks by urgency and impact.
  • Preferred experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
  • Preferred experience deploying high-availability applications on Kubernetes.
  • Strong technical execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work with a flat, distributed organization.
