Description

Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
Ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
Work within a dedicated product team.
Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap.
Maintain and enhance the existing app architecture.
Help support growth from a large and expanding user base.
Collaborate with internal teams and designers on product direction.

Requirements

Experience building products that have scaled to a large user base.
Track record of working on products from inception to meaningful traction.
Experience owning engineering for a product or major product area.
Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering an excellent user experience.
Thoughtful product judgment and ability to support internal teams and designers.
Ability to work quickly and decide what can ship now versus later.
Ability to stay focused and operate effectively in a busy, remote startup environment.
Strong technical skills in Swift and SwiftUI.
Experience with multithreading programming.
Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure and Fastlane.
Knowledge of SOLID principles and writing classes accordingly.
Experience with Git and different Git strategies.
