Description

Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
Work within a dedicated product team to deliver new features and improvements.
Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap.
Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
Contribute to thoughtful product and UX decisions that improve the user experience.

Requirements

Experience building products that have scaled to a large user base.
Track record of taking products from inception to meaningful traction.
Experience owning the engineering of a product.
Strong customer obsession and focus on delivering the best possible experience.
Product thinking and ability to guide product evolution with designers and internal teams.
Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth remote environment.
Swift programming language experience.
SwiftUI experience.
Experience with multithreading programming.
Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure.
Experience with Fastlane.
Understanding of SOLID principles and writing classes according to SOLID.
Experience with Git and different Git strategies.
