Description

  • Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
  • Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
  • Work within a dedicated product team to deliver new features and improvements.
  • Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
  • Contribute to thoughtful product and UX decisions that improve the user experience.

Requirements

  • Experience building products that have scaled to a large user base.
  • Track record of taking products from inception to meaningful traction.
  • Experience owning the engineering of a product.
  • Strong customer obsession and focus on delivering the best possible experience.
  • Product thinking and ability to guide product evolution with designers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth remote environment.
  • Swift programming language experience.
  • SwiftUI experience.
  • Experience with multithreading programming.
  • Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure.
  • Experience with Fastlane.
  • Understanding of SOLID principles and writing classes according to SOLID.
  • Experience with Git and different Git strategies.
