Description

  • Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
  • Ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
  • Work within a dedicated product team.
  • Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
  • Support the app’s growth and new user base with ongoing feature work.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and designers on product direction.

Requirements

  • Experience building products that have scaled to a large user base.
  • Track record of working on products from inception to meaningful traction.
  • Ability to make thoughtful product decisions and support teams in choosing the right direction.
  • Strong customer focus and attention to user experience.
  • Ability to work quickly and prioritize what can ship now versus later.
  • Comfort working in a busy, remote, high-growth startup environment.
  • Swift programming experience.
  • SwiftUI experience.
  • Experience with multithreading programming.
  • Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure.
  • Experience with Fastlane.
  • Knowledge of SOLID principles.
  • Experience with Git and different Git strategies.
