Description

Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
Ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
Work within a dedicated product team to deliver features and improvements.
Participate in product discussions and help shape the product roadmap.
Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
Collaborate with internal teams and designers on product direction.
Support the app’s growth and ongoing needs for a rapidly expanding user base.

Requirements

Experience building products that have scaled to a large user base.
Track record of working on products from inception to meaningful traction and owning the engineering of the product.
Strong customer obsession and focus on delivering the best possible user experience.
Product thinking with the ability to make thoughtful decisions about product evolution.
Ability to work quickly, prioritize what should ship now, and decide what needs more time.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote team environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to stay focused and work independently.
Swift programming experience.
SwiftUI experience.
Experience with multithreading programming, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, Git, and Git branching strategies.
Knowledge of SOLID principles and the ability to write classes according to SOLID.
Preferred or implied willingness to include a portfolio and LinkedIn when applying.
